Semi Ajayi got a very good rating as struggling West Brom surprisingly Manchester City to a 1-1 draw at the Etihad on Tuesday.
The rating which was compiled by Birmingham Mail was for every West Brom players in action against City.
Following his superb display, Ajayi got nine out of 10 and was one of two West Brom players to get such rating
The Super Eagles star had a hand in West Brom’s equaliser as his hopeful shot, after shrugging off Nathan Ake, came off Ruben Dias and beat Ederson.
Ilkay Gundogan had opened the scoring for City in the 30th minute.
And Commenting on Ajayi’s performance Birmingham Mail wrote:” Was faring well before his part in the Albion goal. Right from the training ground, the goal itself, but defensively Ajayi was holding Jesus at bay throughout. A titanic effort in the second half.”
Despite the draw, West Brom are still in the relegation zone in 19th position on seven points.
